I was so excited to have purchased this item and I only wore it no more than 4 times and the leather starting peeling off. I took it to Chanel and they said it is worthless. It taught me a lesson to really look at the condition of any piece that one's purchase. My entire Chanel collection just had to dump it all due to condition. The Auction House needs to warn us more.

Shipping was very expensive even for soft items that didn't need special/fragile packaging

I’ve been having allot of issues with auction houses as of late, especially over timely shipping or items not as described. This auction house is professional, and makes shipping and payment quick and efficient! A breath of fresh air!

The packing and shipping was done in such a careless manner, the (valuable) items I won were shipped to the wrong individual. That person found them and "the maid threw them out inadvertently". My dog ate my homework as well... I had reached out multiple times before shipping to confirm address (which was my LiveAuctioneers address on file). Careless, and really had a terrible experience with Seattle Magpies.

Everything was as described. The only complaint is not with the auction house (they were great) but withLiveauctioneers.com new shipping plan.Liveauctioneers.com wanted to charge $175 to send a $20 lot weighting about 1 pound and the size of 2 shoe boxes. The seller helped arrange a local shipper for approximately $12.

I received a fabulous bracelet from Seattle Magpies! My initial invoice showed two shipping charges of $10.00. I thought, oh well $20.00 shipping is tolerable. My final invoice showed a Shipped by Live Auctioneers shipping charge of $33.00! I won the auction for $36.00 so my shipping was almost as much as the bracelet. I have stopped using auctions that have ridiculous shipping charges. This experience will mean I won't use auction companies that use Shipped by Live Aucioneers.

Good company to do business with... would not hesitate working with them again.
