Responsive, but the payment process for both the item and shipping was ridiculously tedious.

We went back and forth on payment, because they wanted me to send payment outside of the Auction House. I am concerned because I had just gotten scammed by another seller and I addressed my concern. They told me I could not pay through your Auction House. I paid the $$$and then they came back requesting I pay for shipping, which I thought was included with the price paid. I paid it, so far I have received nothing.

I am so excited about my positive experience with Canada Antique Auction that I feel compelled to share it. First, the two clocks I received are exactly as described and in pristine condition. I truly appreciate the care and concern taken to ensure the items were carefully packed, and the auction house went to great lengths to reduce the shipping costs. From start to finish, doing business with Canada Antique Auction was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Count me as a new regular customer.
