In 1953, three brothers from the small Spanish town of Valencia, Juan, Jose and Vicente Lladro, set up a porcelain workshop that soon became a multinational company. The brothers began to craft unique porcelain vases, pots, jugs and soon specialized in porcelain figurines and sculptures for which the brand is mostly known for. Nowadays, Lladro is one of the world's largest and most respected producers, synonymous with European porcelain.
