Each lot in this catalog is offered subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale, as supplemented in writing or otherwise by us at any time prior to the sale. By registering to bid at the auction, or by placing a bid through any means, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. In these Terms and Conditions of Sale, "we, us, our," "Palm Springs Auction Gallery" or similar terms mean Palm Springs Auction Gallery and any of its agents, and "you," "your," "buyer" or similar terms mean a person bidding on or buying property.
1. Auction Terms:
Palm Springs Auction Gallery has made a reasonable effort to describe items correctly. However we do not warrant the correctness of description, signatures, marks, authenticity or condition of said items. All items are sold as "attributed" to. Please preview all items carefully and use your own judgement. Final decision on auction block overrides listing. All sales final, all items sold as is. Your bid is a contract.
2. Auction Checkout:
Please ARRANGE SHIPPING. ALL SHIPPERS MUST call for pick up appointments and times 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE- NO EXCEPTIONS.
We ask that all items be picked up no later than 2 weeks after the auction. Palm Springs Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any items left thereafter. AFTER 21 DAYS THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $10.00 PER DAY PER LOT(unless arrangements have been approved through Palm Springs Auction Gallery). After 30 days items will be considered abandoned and become property of Palm Springs Auction Gallery without further notice.
3. Payment:
Cash,check or bank wire,- ONLY SORRY NO CREDIT CARDS/PAYPAL ARE ACCEPTED. All items must be paid within 5 business days of sale. All absentee bids, online bids and phone bids must be submitted by 4 PM Pacific time one day before the auction sale. (Please note buyers premium on all phone bids will be 25%). In the event of a tie bid between absentee, online and floor bids - auctioneers reserve the right to give floor bid precedence.
4. FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Please review the Auction terms on whichever online platform you choose to bid. Your bid is a contract. In the event of a tie bid between in house, absentee and phone and online - auctioneer has the right to give floor bid precedence. All auction purchases must be paid within five business days of the auction. If you are the winning bidder you should contact the auction for bank wire transfer instructions or overnight check to arrange payment SORRY NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED YOU must arrange shipping or physical pickup within 14 days:(WE DO NOT ARRANGE OR SHIP) SHIPPERS MUST ARRANGE PICK UP APPOINTMENT WITH 48 HOUR NOTICE - NO EXCEPTIONS
