Palm Springs Auction Gallery will not be responsible for any items left thereafter. AFTER 21 DAYS THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $10.00 PER DAY PER LOT(unless arrangements have been approved through Palm Springs Auction Gallery). After 30 days items will be considered abandoned and become property of Palm Springs Auction Gallery without further notice. 3. Cash,check or bank wire,- ONLY SORRY NO CREDIT CARDS/PAYPAL ARE ACCEPTED. All items must be paid within 5 business days of sale. All absentee bids, online bids and phone bids must be submitted by 4 PM Pacific time one day before the auction sale. (Please note buyers premium on all phone bids will be 25%). In the event of a tie bid between absentee, online and floor bids - auctioneers reserve the right to give floor bid precedence. 4.
