CREATIONS TERMS OF USESeller agrees to provide accurate, clear and honest information about the vehicle or asset ("Creations") advertised for auction on Bid Network Online ("BNO").BNO does not guarantee that the Creations listed on BNO.com will be engaged in active bidding or be sold to any customer. The seller understands and agrees that BNO has the right to cancel or postpone an online auction for any reason.Once an auction on the Website has ended, the Seller understands and agrees that BNO is only responsible for providing the Seller with the contact information and bid information of the highest bidders.All items are sold AS IS.
