CONDITIONS OF SALE
Lots are sold without guaranties or recourse and "as is". The Fine Art auctioneer's decisions are final (all informations are approximate). Items purchased at the auction must be paid for immediately. A charge of 25% over and above the hammer price, as well as taxes (when applicable) are added to all lots purchased at the auction.
"Some lots are subject to international license Cites (regulation on the import and export of endangered species)."
"The description of the jewels which are delivered with a certificate corresponds to the assessments given by the laboratories on the date on which the certificate was drawn up"

False bidding: as per the articles 1757, 1761 and 1765 in the new Civil Code of Québec:
- Lot 1185 through lot 1209, are being re-auctioned because of a false bidding.
- Lot 1101-B is being re-auctioned because of false bidding.
The Fine Art auctioneer and the experts will be pleased to execute absentee bids free of charge for those who are unable to attend the auction. Bids may be placed by mail, Internet, telephone or fax, before 6pm, the day of the auction, please.
