The Dick Clark Auction

Who else but Dick Clark would have been on the scene as legendary musicians - many of whom he introduced to the world - rose to prominence? Now, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Bandstand, Dick is selling the thousands of remarkable treasures he assembled throughout his unprecedented career. In what should be, by any standard, a memorable auction, Dick's collection has been divided into more than 900 lots, all of which will be sold without minimum reserve! A portion of the proceeds will support the Bogart Pediatric Cancer Research Program, a division of the TJ Martell Foundation. The event will be taking place live at New York City's Time Warner Center on December 5 & 6 following the December 2-4 preview dates. Guernsey's, the auction house conducting the event, has produced a massive and stunning auction catalogue ($55 including postage in the US and $65 internationally) depicting the sensational material in the sale.

Dick Clark's fabulous collection contains truly significant items from John Lennon, Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Bob Dylan, Bono, James Brown, Mick Jagger, the Who, Bruce Springsteen, Cher, Michael Jackson, the Beachboys, Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bo Diddley, Eric Clapton, the Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Aaliyah, Meatloaf, Kiss, and nearly two hundred more of the greatest names in Rock & Roll history. (Oh yes, there's Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe as well!)

Somewhat obviously, if you're reading this, you're on eBay. Now as much as we wish you could attend the auction in person - it will be a real blast - we're happy to have you as an absentee participant on eBay Live Auctions. Should you have any questions about the lots, registering to bid, post auction payment, shipping, or any other matter relating to this once-in-a-lifetime event, please feel free to contact us at any time. Thank you.
