1. We have attempted to catalog accurately, but cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions. 2. All items are sold 'as is'. All art is sold as 'attributed to'. 3. All items are sold to the highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer will have sole discretion in determining the successful bidder, or reopening the bid. 4. All merchandise must be paid for in full before it is released. 5. A 25% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price of all items, as well as 6.875% New Jersey sales tax, unless a valid resale certificate is on file with us. 6. We accept cash (in house only), money orders, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 7. Payment must be made within 3 days of the auction date. 8. The shipping of any item, and the cost, is the responsibility of the buyer. We can suggest an appropriate local shipper. 9. A bid is evidence that the above rules are understood and agreed upon by the bidder.
