All merchandise is sold as is, where is to the highest bidder. Neither we, nor the consignor make any warranties or representations with respect to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, period, culture, age, source, origin, authenticity, or condition of any item sold. All statements, written and oral, are the opinion only of Desert West Auctioneers. *** If an item is materially different than was described by the Seller, Buyer shall have 48 hours from the date the property is received to notify the Seller. After the 48 hour period all items are considered as is, without recourse. No buyers premium or shipping will be reimbursed on items returned for any reason.
*** By bidding in this auction you are entering a binding legal contract to pay for your items within 1 week of the close of the auction. Non payment will result in a non pay warning. Items not paid for upon the non pay warning, will be re-listed for resale within 10 days. You represent that you are over the age of 18 and can enter into legal contracts.
*** The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser, regardless of the time the bids were placed. In the event of a tie between bidders, the auctioneer shall have the sole and final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after sale, the Company's sale record shall be conclusive in all respects.

All inquiries regarding lots for sale must be received 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. Please register to bid and log on to Live Auctioneers 1 hour before the start time. If you want to delete a bid, realize you must do this yourself, we are not
allowed to place or delete any bids.
*** Payment: We honor American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, PayPal & Money Transfers. Address & Credit Card Holder is required of all Credit Cards. All credit cards are checked for authorization. All credit Personal checks will be honored with a fifteen day waiting period for our local bank to clear your check. New Mexico Sales Tax will be charged on items delivered within New Mexico, unless an NTTC is on file at our office.
*** Buyers Premium: 20%
*** Shipping: We combine shipping for multiple purchases when possible. If you are an established International Bidder, please be aware of which countries supply or do not supply insurance.

Condition, Size, & Specifics:
Most items are pre-owned with normal wear & tear. When specific damage as cracks, chips, tears, scuffs & breaks are present we try to address them in the description. Sizes are approximate & sometimes rounded down. All art such as paintings & prints do not have the measurement of the Frames, visual measurement only. Bracelets are measure inside the bracelet & includes apace. Necklaces are end to end by width. Rings by size & width
Shipping:
No International Shipping. Desert West Auction Handles all packing, handling & shipping, combine shipping when we are able to do so. UPS or USPS carriers.
