Lots are sold without guaranties or recourse and "as is". The Fine Art auctioneer's decisions are final (all informations are approximate). Items purchased at the auction must be paid for immediately. A charge of 25% over and above the hammer price, as well as taxes (when applicable) are added to all lots purchased at the auction.
