This is a non-assignable guarantee and applicable only to the receipt-bearing original purchaser. The guarantee does not apply to (a) property with a heading or description which includes the word or words "after", "attributed", "manor", "style", "school", "circle", ““collection””, ““bears signature””, or ““complimentary signature””, (b) property listed under the heading or section ““Decorative Arts”” or ““Fine Decorative Arts””.
