* Payment: By placing a bid with us, you are agreeing to these terms. The auction house is not responsible for accidental bidding. Please take care when watching the auction and bidding. Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept cash (In House Only), checks (must clear before picking up), Paypal, Traveler's checks, major credit cards (NO AMERICAN EXPRESS) or debit cards. Invoices over $10,000.00 must be paid by wire transfer or bank check unless other arrangements have been made. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by TIME & AGAIN, INC. to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries as well as given a dispute on Live Auctioneers until payment has been made.
All invoices for merchandise MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 3 DAYS. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS AFTER THAT DATE. If your invoice is not paid for within 3 days of the sale, the auction house reserves the right to use the provided credit card for payment.
* Sales Tax: Sales Tax will be applied to all invoices that will be picked up at Time & Again in NJ unless the customer provides a valid Tax Exempt ID.
* Condition: ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS" & "WHERE IS". All items are described to the best of our ability but it is ultimately up to you (the buyer) to determine the value of the items you are purchasing as well as to ask questions regarding condition prior to the sale.
* Shipping: Our recommended shippers are Daks Global. To obtain a shipping quote prior to the sale please call 484-879-6678 / 484-370-8992 or email sales@daksglobal.com. We do not do any in-house shipping. If you require another shipper, please contact us for recommendations. If you intend to retrieve your items in person at the gallery after the sale, including someone picking up on your behalf, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED no later than 3 business days following the end of the sale date. OTHERWISE, your items WILL BE MOVED to our shipper's facility in Phoenixville, PA.
After picking up your items, Daks Global will contact you with multiple shipping options after the sale including: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, various freight providers and in-person delivery, as well as any and all express or overnight shipping needs. 10 Days from the completion of the sale, your order will begin accumulating storage fees. These fees are non-negotiable. It is unreasonable to have items held for excessive periods of time. The fees for storage are: $25 dollars for the first day (beginning on the 11th day after the completion of the sale) $10 per invoice, per day.

**WARNING** TIME & AGAIN, INC. is NOT LIABLE for any item left in our custody for more than 90 days! In the event you have paid for your merchandise and you have left it in our custody for more than 90 days, the items will become property of the auction house.
