Auction Terms All auction prices are to be paid in USD, via bank wire, Paypal, Visa, MC or American Express. Like most auctions, winning bids will also be charged a buyer premium up to 17% which will be reflected on your final invoice. Unless noted in the auction listing shipping charges will be quoted and added to your invoice upon auction close. We ship USPS or UPS all items are insured and shipped at the best possible rate. These shipping charges are your responsibility to pay as a winning bidder, in store pickup is also available free of charge but sales tax will apply. We can also bill the charges to a customer supplied UPS or FedEx account but a small handling charge will still apply for shipping materials. All auction sales are final and items may not be exchanged or cancelled without prior approval from Gold & Silver Pawn Shop. In the case of items received damaged or received different from described in a material way they may be returned or refunded per our exchange policy below. Items not meeting reserve will not be sold, GSPS further reserves the right to remove an item from the auction catalog up to 3 hours before the live auction start time. No Gold & Silver Pawn coupon codes, promotions or other offers are valid for items purchased in this auction. Return/Refund Policies All items MUST be returned in accordance with the below return policies and MUST be assigned an RMA number prior to return. The following items are not eligible for return unless item is received materially different from the listing and/or is damaged upon delivery: bullion, watches, any items specifically stating such in the product listing or listed in ?As-is condition?. Items that have been shipped to a third party, PO Box or forwarding service are not eligible for return. If an item is received materially different from the listing and/or is damaged upon delivery, it qualifies for return on us. DO NOT THROW OUT PACKAGING MATERIAL! If the item is returned in accordance with the return procedure, we will pay for the return shipping of the item and refund you in full upon receipt. This refund includes buyers premium and any sales taxes. Currency exchange fees, customs charges or other bank fees your bank may charge are not refundable. See detailed procedure to return an item below. Determination of material differences and/or damage is to be decided by Gold & Silver Pawn Shop in their sole discretion. We try to be as fair and realistic as possible when it comes to this and anticipate the customers to be as well. Please be sure that you are certain of your claim prior to requesting an RMA as an item which is not found to be materially different or damaged will not be eligible for return. Returning Merchandise/RMA Requests All requests for returns must be made within 14 days of the item?s receipt. You must obtain a valid RMA number from Gold & Silver Pawn Shop before returning your merchandise.To obtain a RMA #, please email your request and the reason for return to: orders@gspawn.com or call us at (702)272-0006. Once approved, customer service will provide you with your RMA number and return instructions. To expedite your return, please print the RMA number on the outside of the return packaging. Upon items returning to our warehouse you will be contacted. Without any complications arising, refunds will be processed by Gold & Silver Pawn Shop within 1-5 business days. You should receive a confirmation email with your refund information. We reserve the right to refuse delivery and return to sender any item which is returned without a valid RMA number, or items that are not being returned in their original condition. International Orders We are happy to offer international shipping to our customers. All amounts charged for international shipping are for shipping and handling charges only! Any duty, taxes or other fees assessed by the purchasers home country or state are the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay. Gold & Silver Pawn Shop will provide a best estimate of these costs if requested but these are best estimates only and actual costs may differ. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the items (especially swords, knives, precious metals, antique weapons etc.) they are purchasing comply with their local or national ordinances, confiscation of an item by local authorities due to the item being prohibited is not a valid reason for refund or return. Items left unclaimed in customs: In the case that items are returned to Gold & Silver Pawn due to unpaid duties or taxes by the receiver we will make best efforts to arrange re-delivery, customer will be responsible for paying re-delivery charges. If after 45 days of our receiving the unclaimed item no customer response is received to our efforts, the item will be considered unclaimed returned property. We will refund the charges for item only (shipping and handling are not refundable in this case) and the refund will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
