All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS, with no refunds. It is the buyers responsibility to view all pictures and descriptions to make their own judgement on condition, and authenticity. European Imports will list and describe all items to the best of our ability and knowledge and are not responsible for any items that may be listed with error unknowingly. There will be an 20% buyers premium attached to each item that is non negotiable. Winning bidders will be charged Tennessee 9.25% sales tax on order total. Payment is due within 3 days of auction end, and payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit Card, or Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders, no exception. When paying by credit card you must provide the card number, expiration date, number code on back, address and phone number matching the card. Shipments will only be mailed to the address on the corresponding credit card. Our Auctioneers do not warrant accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, description, repaired, weight, count, or measure of any of the items herein. Our auctions will have both live online bidders as well as live audience bidders. Live in house bidders will take precedence over online bidders in the event of a tie. Winning bidder will be responsible for all shipping charges and insurance on the items. We will ship items via USPS unless other arrangements are set up with Meek's Auctions. European Imports will not be responsible for damage to items during shipment.
