Out of state internet bidders are not subject to Pennsylvania sales tax unless picking the items up in person. All items shipped out of state are tax exempt. The successful bidder is the highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt, the auctioneer will have the final discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, Tom Hall Auctions sale record is conclusive. 3. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. 4. As a convenience to customers, absentee bids and phone bids will be executed by Tom Hall Auctions personnel in a fair, competitive and confidential manner. Phone bid arrangements must be made 24 hours prior to start of the auction and all phone bidders will supply a credit card to execute bidding. Tom Hall Auctions will not be responsible for failure to execute absentee or phone bids. 5. PAYMENT -Major CREDIT CARD ONLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAY PAL Tom Hall Auctions will attempt to contact you by phone to collect payment however if we do not reach you it is the buyer's responsibility to contact Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. via telephone 610-799-0808 to arrange payment within 48 hours of the completion of the auction. Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. will email an invoice to you within 24 HOURS. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express as payment for purchases ONLY. NO PAY PAL!! If you are a successful bidder in the auction and not known to Tom Hall Auctions you may be required to email a copy of your photo ID, and a copy of your credit card front and back ( the name must appear on both and must match). We accept all major credit cards from new bidders as payment up to $2500.00. However if the purchase price exceeds $2500.00 you may be required to pay the additional amount with cash or by wire transfer plus the transfer fees. If you are in good standings with Tom Hall Auctions and have bid with us in the past, Items purchased through online bidding will be paid for in the manner described. Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express are the only forms of payment we Accept for purchases. NO PAY PAL, CASH OR CHECKS. Failure to make payment within 7 days following the auction will be reported to Live Auctioneers for Non Payment. Tom Hall Auction will hold the property until payment is made. We will not accept Checks as payment. 8. We do not do Shipping. THERE IS NO SHIPPING SUPPLIED OR ARRANGED BY TOM HALL AUCTIONS. If you require shipping please contact the UPS Shipping Store at 610-433-8790 or store4443@theupsstore.com for a shipping quote, or contact another shipper of your choosing. The UPS Store is independent of Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. If you choose to use them or another shipper your agreement is with them and not Tom Hall Auctions. Tom Hall Auctions will charge $5.00 to deliver the items to the UPS Shipping store for you. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated with shipping and packing. All property should be removed from our premises no later than 4:00 P.M. by the 14th business day following the end of the auction. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. We are not equipped to store items and do not offer storage. All items must be removed within 14 days of the auction date. Items not removed by the specified time will be charged storage and handling fees of $10.00 per item per day until removal. This includes items being picked up by a 3rd party shipping company. Please note that removal deadlines are strictly enforced because we do not have additional storage space available. NO PACKING AND SHIPPING: If you are using an independent shipper (UPS) for any of your purchases it will be the purchasers responsibility to pay them directly for the shipping costs. Purchaser will pay an independent shipper for packing, handling, postage and insurance. For larger items such as furniture, etc. in the auction you need to get your own shipper. Tom Hall Auctions is in no way responsible for any shipping or arrangements for large items. You may contact Mark Hall for a delivery quote or call an independent shipper of your choosing. 9. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid not commensurate with the value of the property offered. 10. The bidders present at the auction have precedent over any and all other bidders. 11. All perspective bidders must be registered and be approved by Tom Hall Auctions, Inc. By 9:00am the day of the auction! There will be "NO" exceptions. If you are not preregistered you will "NOT" be permitted to bid. 12. ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP Wednesday December 12, 2018 and Thursday December 13, 2018 from 9am-4pm, Friday December 14, 2018 between 9AM-3PM, Monday December 17th 2pm-4pm and Tuesday December 18th from 9am-4pm or by APPOINTMENT UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE AUCTIONEER. IF YOU ARE USING A COMMERCIAL SHIPPER PLEASE MAKE ALL ARRANGEMENTS WITH TOM HALL AUCTIONS.

We do not offer storage therefore all items must be removed within 14 days of the auction date or a $10 day storage fee will be applied to your invoice.
