1. All items are sold "AS IS - WHERE IS"
2. There is 6.25% MA sales tax added to MA residence unless you have a MA sale tax number. Items sent to out of state residence are not subject to MA sales tax.
3. Oral terms supersede written terms

Shipping and handling will be added to the final price (unless items are being sent out through Qwik Pak and Ship of Eastham, they will contact you with shipping cost after you pay for item), or items can be picked up at our Cape Cod office. We try to keep shipping as low as possible, we generally use USPS.
6. Payment: cash, check, wire transfer, credit cards (through liveauctioneers.com).
