Winners will be notified after the auction ends and once all bids have been processed to determine the winner for each lot
As used herein the term "bid price" means the price at which a lot is knocked down to the purchaser and the term "purchase price" means the aggregate of
(a) the bid price,
(b) A PREMIUM PAYABLE BY THE PURCHASER OF 20% & 5% (Live Auctioneers Live Fee)
(c) California state or local sales tax.
(d) Shipping & Handling cost
A Buyer's premium amounting to 25% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 25% premium on top of the winning bid price. Should the bidder choose not to go forward with the purchase, or cancel their item/s; they are still liable for the 25% premium as a penalty and an additional 25% Restocking fee.
Signatures & Authenticity Guarantee
All autographed items come with a Lifetime Certificate of Authenticity with numbered tamper-proof decal. This Certification of Authenticity does not imply that the item will be certified by any other rival authentication companies. The accompanied certification is the only certification the auction company can confirm. These items are being sold as collectable pieces and there is no guarantee that this item can be resold on any online marketplace. Each of these companies has their own policies and politics.
BINDING AGREEMENT:
BY SIGNING UP AS A BIDDER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION HOUSE AND DO AGREE TO ABIDE BY THEM.
PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AND ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
THE WINNING BIDDER OF ANY LIVE AUCTION HAS HEREBY ENTERED INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT, AS THE BUYER, TO PURCHASE THE AUCTIONED ITEM. BUYER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE. WINNING BIDDER IS DETERMINED SOLELY THROUGH INVOICING FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THE AUCTION.
AN INVOICE WAS SENT TO YOU WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OF THE AUCTION.
IN THE EVENT OF NON PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED ITEM THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL COLLECTION AND LEGAL FEES IN ADDITION TO THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE ITEM.
BUYERS THAT ARE SENT TO COLLECTIONS MUST PAY THE COLLECTION AGENCY DIRECTLY; AUCTION HOUSE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS AFTER INVOICE HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO COLLECTIONS.
High and low estimates are provided solely for comparison purposes and for the auctioneers use only; customers should not use this figure as a true determination of value, or confuse an estimate with an appraisal. High End Memorabilia makes no warranties of any kind relating to them.
We reserve the right to accept or deny any bids before the auction, during the auction or after the auction has concluded. In an event of a system failure or internet shortage, the bidder acknowledge that the auction house is at not fault.
Lots may have reserves or minimum selling prices. This confidential figure is set by High End Memorabilia. High End Memorabilia will exercise all reserve bids. The record of sale kept by the auction house is final if any dispute arises. Digital recordings of the sale will be used for confirmation.
Bidder shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney's fees. By participating in High End Memorabilia through the internet, bidders consent to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the auctions are held.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR DENY ANY BID PLACED ON LIVEAUCTIONEERS. LOTS MAY HAVE RESERVE. HIGH END MEMORABILIA WILL BID AGAINST THE RESERVE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

-We ship via FEDEX to all United States Addresses. USA shipping includes Tracking.
-International Shipping is done via FEDEX. Please see FEDEX.com for approximate shipping costs for International Shipping.

Buyer's Premium
A Buyer's premium amounting to 20% of the winning bid amount will be added to the purchase price of each lot plus 5% LiveAuctioneers.com Live fee. The winning bidders acknowledge and agree to pay a total of 25% premium on top of the winning bid price.

Any appraisals or evaluations provided are solely for the convenience of the Bidder and HEM makes no warranties of any kind relating to them. Appraisals may include valuations which reflect the full, highest retail price of the item in a specific geographic region, the item's insurance replacement value, or both. No price estimate or appraisal value should be considered to represent the investment or resale value of the item. Such values are to be solely based on the due diligence evaluation of the Bidder absent any estimate or appraisal value presented.
In the event that an item is listed as having an "Appraisal Estimate", this represents HEM's in-house estimate of what the item would appraise for. Actual appraisal of the item is the responsibility of the Bidder.

Payment
