The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Estimates of sales prices are provided as a guide only. Only a few items in this auction have a reserve price or minimum bid. Everything else is being sold with-out reserve. Therefore, the starting / opening prices are very low. Condition reports: We provide general condition reports on-line. All sales are final. Everything is sold "as is, where is". We provide you with information that was gathered from reliable sources and that we believe to be true. Sorry, no Pay Pal at this time. Shipping small items: We will box and ship smaller items from our facility. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses. Shipping larger items: All large items will be delivered to a local professional packer / shipper by our staff and at no charge to the Buyer. However, the Buyer will have to pay the packer / shipper separately for their services. We do not make any profit on shipping. Buyer's pay all shipping expenses. The live gallery auction is being held at the Frank Jones Center, 400 Route-1 By-Pass, in Portsmouth, NH. The auction begins at 12:30 PM (EST), which is one-half-hour after noon. You may inspect the posters from now until Friday Nov 30th at our office in downtown Portsmouth, NH daily from 10 AM (EST) until 4 PM (EST) or by appointment. On Saturday Dec 1st and Sunday December 2nd they may be viewed at the auction hall, (The Frank Jones Center). Viewing hours: Sat. from 2 PM (EST) until 5 PM (EST); Sunday from 10 AM (EST) until the auction begins at 12:30 PM (EST).

New Hampshire has No Sales Tax.
