Anything that can be shipped via UPS, we will take the items to the UPS store free of charge and they will bill you after WE have recieved full payment for the item only. All items are sold as is where is, no warranties expressed or implied as to origin, age, condition, historical importance, relevance, style or form. All items subject to personal inspection, obligation for determination of all items is with the buyer. All item must be paid in full day of sale, no refunds or exchanges. No exceptions. Internet bidders will be charged a 20% buyers premium. All successful internet bidders must pay within 48 hours of day of sale. Any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Wendler's Auction shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. Antiques by nature are not perfect, they will have the inherent age nuances that add to their charm. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. WE ARE NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY WE WILL ENDEAVOR TO GET THE ITEMS TO A SHIPPER AS SAFELY AND QUICKLY AS TIME ALLOWS SHIPPING COULD TAKE UPWARDS OF 60 to 90 DAYS OR POSSIBLY EVEN LONGER DUE TO SHIPPING REGULATIONS AND SCHEDULES.
