GENERAL AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) A 23% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price, as will MD State Sales Tax (6%) unless otherwise exempt.
2) Payment must be made immediately.
3) Everything will be sold as is, where is, with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the Auction block or Auction listing/ catalog. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information.
4) When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder.
5) The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of their client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments they feel are not in the best interest of the seller.
6) Shipping and packaging arrangements and all related expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser. Third-party shipping arrangements may be coordinated with Steve Dance Auctions at the purchasers expense. Items may be picked up from the premises the day of the Auction, after settlement of payment.
7) All sales are final, no returns.
8) The act of registering and/or bidding in this Auction constitutes agreement and submission to these terms.
