All bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the sale. Any additional notices from the block take precedence. By participating in the sale you acknowledge you are bound by our terms and conditions. If you are the successful winning bidder you have entered into a legal binding contract. Buyers premium is 18% and 23% for online bidding and will be added to your invoice. Invoices will be sent on Monday following the auction. Payment is due within 5-7 days following the auction. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantee or warranties, stated or implied. There are no returns or refunds. Bidders should secure as much information as possible on any lots they want to bid on. Condition reports are a courtesy to our customers, items are described to the best of our knowledge, however, Caddigan Auctioneers Inc. neither makes any warranties or guarantees, expressed either oral or implied with respect to such property, as to the condition, period, rarity or provenance on any lot sold. Buyers must rely on their own knowledge when buying any lot. All sales are final. Personal inspections are encouraged. We do not make shipping arrangements or quote shipping charges. Buyers must contact the shipping company to make all shipping arrangements. A list of shippers is listed. WILSHIP 781-340-6200 & UPS Store 781-826-2120 are recommended shippers. All purchases are subject to 6.25% sales tax unless the purchaser has a Massachusetts sales tax exemption number. Items shipped out of state are exempt from MA sales tax. Payment must be received and checks cleared prior to release of property for shipping. Absentee or telephone bidding may be arranged. You may request an absentee bidding form.
