ALL PAYMENTS are due within 5 days of the close of the auction.
PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted however the firearms will not ship or be delivered for a period of up to 10 days or until the funds have cleared our bank.
ALL FIREARMS ? will be shipped from our Missouri based FFL Company to the FFL
of your choice and will NOT be shipped directly to a buyer we charge an additional $15 FFL fee for all firearms. A current signed FFL must be on record with our Company before shipping any firearm. FOR LEGAL CLARIFICATION
ACCORDING TO THE ATF, Vintage or antique firearms, otherwise known as curios or relics are still firearms subject to the provisions of the Gun Control Act, however, curio or relic firearms may be transferred in interstate commerce to licensed collectors or other licensees only not direct to an individual.
SHIPPING ? All rates for shipping are flat rate as follows: Long guns $50 for 1st gun and $25 for each additional in the same packaging. Handguns are $35 for the 1st gun and $20 for each additional. If additional packaging is necessary we will start over with the same first gun rate. Combining long guns and handguns is not allowed according to regulations. NOTE ON EXTRA LONG GUNS ? There are some guns that are oversized and require additional shipping we will make note in the listing for those guns and make the effort to make clear the extra charges for shipping due to overall length and weight combination.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ? our processor charges an additional 4% on all cards processes so please keep in mind that those charges will be applied by our processor and are NOT negotiable. We will accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
BUYERS PREMIUM ? a buyers premium of 15% will be added to all online bid totals by LiveAuctioneers.com and are not negotiable.
