McGrew Auction Co. makes no EXPRESSED WARRANTY and GUARANTEE as to equipment sold, There is also no IMPLIED WARRANTY of MERCHANTABILITY and all equipment is SOLD ON AN AS-IS BASIS. All internet purchases must be paid for in 3 business days, by Cash (In House Only), Bank Wire Transfers, or Good Check. All Bank wire fees will be paid by buyer. All purchases not paid for in 3 days will be charged 3.9% per Month. Once the word sold is called the item becomes the buyers and the Auction Co. is no longer responsible for the item. G.W. McGrew Auction Co. can not guarantee hours of any equipment and is not responsible for items sold without original manufactures safety equipment. PA Sales tax to all buyers, unless a valid farm use or resale exempt form is filled out, NO EXCEPTIONS. Auctioneer has final say over bids, for example if the internet has a bid of $5,000 and the bidding works out where the internet is in at $4,750 or $4,900 and the floor gets a bid of $5,000 then although the internet proxy bid was $5,000 the auctioneer put the floor in, so the floor will be the winner. We advise you put odd amounts like $5,100 to help prevent this from accruing. ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS AUCTION DAY SUPERSEDE ALL PRINTED MATERIAL. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost, we can load and can assist with trucking, call for details. All items must be removed with-in 7 days, all items not removed in 7 days will moved to our lot in Seven Valleys Pa and be charged for trucking and storage. Trucking and storage fee for tractors is $200 per piece, implements $50 per piece. Their will be fee of $100 to palletize items. If items are not removed from our lot within 2 weeks they will be sold for storage. Internet buyers are responsible for paying buyers premium on all internet purchases. Buyers premium of 10% will be added to each item purchased through the internet. We strongly advise that all bidders contact us and ask any questions before bidding.
