1.Payment must be received within 7 days after auction ends. Credit card, Money order casher check, Personal or business check (less than $5000) We reserve the right to hold merchandise until the check is clear 2.ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PROPERTIES SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3.International Bidders: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING ALL CUSTOMS/IMPORT/EXPORT REGULATIONS. WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DOMESTIC OR INTERNATIONAL LAWS AFFECTING THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS. 4.Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Upon request, our staff will provide the contact information to an authorized shipper who deliver to destinations within the United States and overseas. Once payment is cleared, the title and risk of loss passes to the buyer. We are not a shipping and packing service, any damage or loss during shipping is the buyer's responsibility. 5.If you win and fail to pay for your items you will not be refunded your deposit. 6.All properties are sold as is and all sales are final. Though all description and commentary are believed to be correct, neither auctioneer or consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind with respect to merchandise. Buyer shall not rely on the auctioneer, employees, the catalog description, or advertisements in any part, and must rely only on his own inspection and opinions of all items. No employee is authorized to make any warranties, expressed or implied. 7.All purchases (including buyers premium) will be subject to a California State Sales Tax of 9.5% Unless the buyer is a resident outside the state. 8.Some property that is sold at auction can be subject to laws governing export from the United States, such as items that include material from some endangered species. Import restrictions from foreign countries are subject to these same governing laws. Granting of licensing for import or export of goods from local authorities is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Denial or delay of licensing will not constitute cancellation or delay in payment for the total purchase price of these lots. 9.We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder acknowledged by the Auctioneer shall be the Purchaser.
