The Bidder specifically waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback dispute on any basis of claim and agrees that the Bidder will pay ICZ Auctions a minimum of $500 plus hourly charges and costs for any such chargeback dispute opened, due to the severe administrative burden of such disputes and their direct violation of the dispute provisions above. Bad checks, fraudulent credit cards of purchases will be reported to the police and will be prosecuted by ICZ Auctions to the fullest extent of the law. Purchasers who fail to pay in a timely fashion will face immediate disbarment from bidding on all internet bidding sites and will be reported to other galleries.
