Purchased lots will become available only after payment infull
has been made.
The sale will be conducted in Euros. In addition to the hammer
price, the buyer agrees to pay us the buyer's premium
together with any applicable value added tax.The buyer's premium
is 20 % + VAT of 3,92 % of the final bid.
The auctioneer is bound by the indications in the catalogue,
modified only by announcements made at the time of the sale
noted in the legal records thereof. Attributions were made in
view of scientific and artistic knowledge at auction date.
An exhibition prior to the sale permits buyers to establish
the conditions of the works offered for sale and
no claims will be accepted after the hammer has fallen.

During the first 15 days storage charges are of 40 euros to be
settled at our offices in Neuilly.
Beyond 15 days storage charges will remain at 65 euros + 3.80
euros daily charge for storage (to be settled at Transports Monin)*
Monin transports can establish quotations for shipping and
handling services (on demand).
