questions prior to bidding regarding the condition of the item.
3. By bidding on our items, you accept our terms and conditions.
4. Pre-bidding ends 1 hour prior to the start of the auction.
5. Our buyer's premium is charged to ALL LOTS.
6. If a High Bid is simultaneously submitted by more than one
bidder, whether on-line or absentee, the auctioneer will
determine the winning bid.
7. Galerie du Louvre will not be held responsible for any "missed" bids by the auctioneer.
8. Galerie du Louvre reserves the right to withdraw items or re-catalog them.
9. The deadline for all inquiries must be made at 6:00 PM EST, 3:00 PM Pacific, the day PRIOR to the auction.
