SHIPPING
Purchases may be picked up in person at The Maine Art Gallery BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.. While we cannot ship items, we recommend The UPS store, Brunswick, Me (207)729-9891. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs.
All items picked up or shipped within Maine are subject the 5.5% state sales tax. All items shipped outside the state of Maine are exempt from the tax.
TERMS
All items are sold "AS IS" and all sales are final. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to examine lots and decide their level of interest. Neither the au responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions. Please note that cataloguers did not remove any work from its frame.
The Maine Art Gallery is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this catalog. Work should be previewed in advance.
Lots in this sale may be offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the donor and The Maine Art Gallery, below which the lot will not be sold. The reserve will be set at or below the low end of the estimated range.
Items may be withdrawn prior to the offering of each lot.
The Maine Art Gallery has the sole right to settle disputed bids and to decide whether or not to re-offer the lot.
Autopay
If you have not contacted Maine Art Gallery to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
