Terms & Conditions
1. Every price stated during the sale is in euros, to the highest bidder.
2. During the sale, the identity of the buyer has to be known in full, therefore he gives his name, adress, telephone number, identity cardnumber and signature to the administration. Every buyer is regarded as acting in is own name, even if he is the bearer of any mandate whatever.
3. The buyer pays the hammer price, plus a premium of 23%.
4. Each bidder should inspect the lots during the exhibition.
5. Payment can be executed in cash (up to 15.000 euros, premium included), by bankcard. Up on payment with Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard, an extra 1.50% will be charged.
6. Lots purchased will not be delivered to the buyer until he has made payement in full of the total amount due. All items must be paid in full within two weeks after receipt of the invoice.
7. In the event of bidding by telephone the buyer shall have to confirm his participation in the auction by letter, fax or email, giving his full identity and all the information requested by him by the auction house.
