TERMS All items are sold "As Is-Where Is" - the auctioneer makes no warranties of any kind. Cellar Door Auctions and the Consignor assume no risk, liability or responsibility for the authenticity of any property sold (that is, All property is sold "as is" and neither the auctioneer nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property, and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description,age, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance or condition of the property and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or an assumption of liability). Items are sold with all faults. Website descriptions and photos provided include flaws and imperfections visible to the auctioneer. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging or restoration. Payment is required within 72 hours of the Auction conclusion. 10% buyer's premium and 3% added to credit cards purchases applied to all winning bids. Payments not received within four days after invoicing will automatically be charged to the payment card on file.PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ANY ASSISTANCE YOU MAY NEED TO LIFT LARGE ITEMS

SHIPPING
Auction pick up date will be Thursday, December 16th. 9:00am-3:00pm (EST)
Items will be picked up from our warehouse located at 1358 South Second St. Louisville, KY 40208. 502-445-4322. We do offer in-house shipping. Winning bidders my contact us for shipping info and quotes via email at Cellardoorestatesales@gmail.com or by calling 502-445-4322 Monday-Tuesday 9:00am-5:00 pm (EST) and Thursday -Friday 9:00am-5:00 pm (EST) shipping and handling fees apply to all shipments. Cellar Door Auction Services is not responsible for damages during shipping. Insurance may be purchased by the buyer at the time of shipping .Please allow 2-3 weeks for arrival. We recommend Fragile Pack here in Louisville for any "white glove" service you may need. 502-423-0000 items not claimed within 30 calendar days will be consider abandoned and will discarded or donated. no refunds or credits will be issued.
