- All items must be paid for within ten (10) days from the date the invoices are emailed out.
- Everything is sold AS IS and WHERE IS.
- Valkyrie Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or combine any lots listed in the catalogue at its sole discretion. Valkyrie Historical Auctions has final say in any dispute among bids or winning bidders.
- The purchase price payable by a buyer at auction shall be the final bid plus the buyer's premium. All purchases are subject to state sales tax rate unless a valid resale certificate is presented. A resale tax form must be completed in full prior to time of purchase.
- Valkyrie Auctions accepts the following methods of payment: cash, certified check, personal or business check, wire transfer (orders over $1,000 only) or Paypal. 29% buyer?s premium.
- Items in the catalogue may have a reserve which is a confidential minimum bid price. Any reserve/minimum bid will be either at or below the published low estimate in our catalogue. The auctioneer may open bidding and advance bidding on behalf of the seller, up to the amount of reserve. If a final bid is close to the reserve price the auctioneer may sell the item below the reserve.
- Valkyrie Historical Auctions reserves the right to refuse a bid from a potential buyer who has not established themselves with management prior to the auction.
- Any condition statement given, as a courtesy to a client, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement or a fact.
- Valkyrie Historical Auctions shall have no responsibility for any error or omission in the description. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. All items sold strictly AS IS. In the event of an exception, the buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer (orders over $1,000 only), cashiers check, personal check, and most major credit cards. If you would like to pay by credit card, email us at valkyriepayments@gmail.com to request a secure payment form / invoice and include your invoice number. Please do not attempt to call us with your credit card information as we cannot manually enter your card information for you. Please direct all post auction questions to valkyriehistorical@gmail.com. We will respond in under an hour in most cases.

All items will be shipped within 2 weeks of receiving payment. Please be advised that we will fill your order as quickly as possible as soon as payment is received. Because each auction contains several hundred items, processing and shipping will take some time. We will not be able to answer your phone calls post auction as we are busy filling orders. Please direct all questions to our email. We will respond quickly! We use couriers for international shipping to ensure prompt delivery. This option is more expensive than national mail carriers but it's an expedited service with superior tracking. In most cases your package will arrive anywhere in the world in under 5 days. Please note that many of our items ship from our Europe office while others will ship from our USA office. Your shipping cost will be determined by the location of the items as well as the buyers location. IMPORTANT: Please ensure your correct address is updated with LiveAuctioneers. Any request of address change post-auction will result in your order being placed in the back of the line and will delay your shipping significantly. Any other special shipping requests may also delay your order. We will NOT ship to PO Boxes. If your registered address with Liveauctioneers is a PO Box, please change it to a regular address.
