Payment of items must be received immediately or within five days. A service charge charged of 5% of cost of item will apply for any late payment, and said item will be sold by any auctioneer with the difference in price being paid to Preston Evans Buyers' Premium 18% on all Internet sales. All applicable tax and shipping fees, attorney fees, etc. fall to the bidder.

If you have not contacted Preston Opportunities to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
