We are pleased to offer a low buyers premium of 15% and LOW COST DOMESTIC SHIPPING. We do most in-house packing and shipping so no need for buyers to arrange (usually). If a third party is deemed necessary to package, such as the UPS Store, we will handle getting the item to their facility for packing and shipping. When we use such outside sources, it will be mentioned in the item description. If it is a large item like furniture or larger artworks, under item description will be specifics on how to arrange shipping. In those cases, either the UPS Store or Fed Ex Store will pack and ship.
All Sales are Final, please ask any questions before the auction begins.
We do NOT polish, repair, or alter any consignments- we believe tarnish or patina helps show age to an item, we will not repair items and do our best to describe to the best of our abilities each item. We try to research jewelry silversmith marks, and where found, include in the description.
Payment is due within 72 hours of the conclusion of auction. Acceptable forms of payment are using Live Auctioneers payment platform (preferably), cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or wire transfers, payable in U.S. dollars. Invoice must be paid in full. Antiques Etc Etc, LLC reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased until the funds have cleared.
Shipping costs are buyers responsibility unless marked FREE shipping on the item. Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after receipt of payment. Refunds will only be considered if contact with seller is made within 72 of receipt of merchandise and item is not as auctioned.
If you have not contacted Antiques Etc Etc LLC to arrange payment within three days of the time the invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
A premium equal to 15% of the final bid price will be applied to each lot sold, to be paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price. Overseas shipping and packaging will be added to invoice at costs.
Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms and all other terms printed within, posted, and announced at the time of sale.
