Thank you for your interest in our auctions! If available, We accept phone and absentee bids prior to auction day by calling 315.447.1656. By bidding, you understand that any bid you submit can and may be regarded as the Purchase Price Bid for a particular Lot, accordingly, your Bid constitutes a legally binding agreement to purchase the Lot in accordance with your Bid if accepted by the auctioneer. You agree to assume personal responsibility to pay the Purchase Price Bid, plus the Buyer's Premium and you agree to purchase the Lot and assume all risk of loss and damage to such Lot, in addition to any obligations, costs and expenses relating to its handling, shipping, insurance, taxes and export. All sales are final, there are no refunds. If you do not pay within 72 hour after auction the credit card number provided to establish your bidding account will be charged in full for any invoice amount due.
Terri Peters & Associates makes every effort to correctly describe and accurately identify all items that they sell. Terri Peters & Associates are not responsible for errors, omissions or oral condition reports. It is up to the buyer to decide the nature and authenticity of each and every item interested in, prior to bidding. Terri Peters & Associates reserve the right to make verbal corrections and/or provide additional information from the auction block during the sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to request a condition report and or additional pictures and be well informed regarding the merchandise prior to placing a bid. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion in determining the successful bidder, or he/she may re-offer the disputed item for sale if he/she so wishes. Terri Peters & Associates is pleased to accommodate your requests for additional information and photographs, however, your personal examination is always preferred when possible. It is the responsibility of the bidder to examine lots and decide on their level of interest. We have most items available for private preview, by appointment or during our posted preview hours prior to the auction. Lots are sold in "as is" condition. All sales are final.No refunds. Terri Peters & Associates is not responsible for theft or damage. You are responsible for your purchases after the auctioneer hammer goes down and identifies your number as the winning bid. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ascertain, to their satisfaction, the authenticity, condition, shipping, transportation or any other factors that may influence bidding BEFORE bidding! By placing any bid(s), (on site, on line, absentee or by phone), you are agreeing to the terms of this auction. Your bid is considered to be a legal binding agreement. All payment for winning bids MUST be made within 5 business days after the conclusion of the auction unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing by the bidder and Terri Peters & Associates. Any item(s) remaining unpaid after 5 days will be placed in storage with a storage fee of $20.00 per day being levied upon the buyer. Those items that remain in storage more than 14 days (paid or unpaid), will be considered forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. The cost of the item and all storage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. After an additional 5 days from forfeiture any remaining unpaid balance will be turned over to a collection?s agency. It is NOT our intention to charge ANY additional fees or to send our customers to collections, it is only our intention to process winning bids as expeditiously as possible and get winning items to our customers quickly. Purchaser agrees the above items were sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. Buyers are urged to inspect goods or call for condition reports prior to the auction. Each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the auctioneer declares the item sold.
All items must be removed at conclusion of auction, unless other arrangements are made by calling us at 315.447.1656. For internet bidders we have shippers available. All sales are final. Those who claim tax exempt, certify that the number provided is valid and on file.

If you have not contacted Terri Peters & Associates Auction and Estate Marketing to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
