Five excellent Reliquaries, early terra cotta Old Master Sculptures and Paintings, Asian Works of Art, Netsuke and Snuff Bottles, Korean and Chinese Pottery, Buddhist Images, Hindu Art, Ukrainian and Russian Icons, a Collection of Creche Figures, several Rare Antiquities, Egyptian, Classical including a 4th/5th millennium BC or earlier Head of Man, and an Antique Benin bronze Royal Plaque.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
Condition reports are cheerfully given and condition inquiries are encouraged. If you are uncertain about the condition of the item you wish to bid on, please ask on time or do not bid. All items in our auction are antique and sometimes well over two thousand years old, so you may expect some chips, hairlines, other damage or restoration to have occurred. We are happy to provide more photographs. Please do not ask on the day of the auction.

ALL INTERNET BIDDERS MUST PRE-REGISTER WITH LIVEAUCTIONEERS TO BID.
1. ALL SALES are made with the explicit understanding that purchasers have read, understand, and consent to these conditions.
2. CONDITION REPORTS cheerfully provided; if you have any questions regarding condition of any item on which you wish to bid kindly ask before bidding and the start of the auction.
3. SHIPPING: If you are a successful bidder, you will be provided with information of independent shippers to contact for estimates.
4. SHIPPING BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPERS ONLY. Artoptima will not ship any item, please do not make such requests. Artoptima will provide you with the weight(s) of your purchase(s) so you may obtain reliable shipping quotes from the shippers.
5. ITEMS MUST BE PAID in full within six days from the date of sale.
6. PayPal payments are NOT ACCEPTED.
7. The credit card you used to register with Liveauctioneers will automatically be charged three days after the sale for your purchases.
8. For items not paid within two weeks a dispute will be lodged with Liveauctioneers.
9. Items are described to the best of our ability, and we rely on knowledgeable persons for the descriptions; however, if you have any questions about any of our descriptions please inquire for clarification. If uncertain, please do not bid.
10. The extent of our liability is explicitly limited to the price achieved at the auction, provided that the bid price has been paid in full.
11. Pick up in person only by appointment.
12. All items won are subject to Massachusetts Sales Tax of 6.25% unless the buyer is exempt by Law.

If you have not contacted Artoptima to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
