TERMS OF SALE All items being offered in this collection are being offered as is-where is and with all faults, known and unknown. The Auctioneer makes no warranties or guarantees whatsoever as to the quality, quantity, or condition of any article or lot. Descriptions have been prepared for guide purposes only and shall not be relied upon by Buyer for accuracy or completeness. By submitting a bid, Buyer/Bidder affirms it has inspected all items or has waived its right to do so prior to bidding. Buyers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their own inspections and investigations. A successful bid at auction constitutes a legal binding contract of sale. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant the privilege of bidding or attending the auction and may revoke such privilege of bidding. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes or typographical errors made on its behalf in any of its announcements or documents. Auctioneers and staff may bid on items within the auction. Payment ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 days of invoice or card will be ran that's on file with Live auctioneers If you have not contacted Past Time Auction Sales LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the auction, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice including shipping charges. Any bounced check or denied cards may result in a 25$ fee and your account may be restricted. 3% fees will be applied to all Credit/debit cards used or PayPal You must let us know prior to sale that you will NOT being using card on file A 5$ convenience fee will be applied to all other forms of payment money order, check, Cash. Please ask about other forms of payment before bidding if they are not listed. We ask to please get a tracking number with all payments and if not received within two weeks of invoice the Card on file will be ran unless tracking number has been provided Buyer’s premium is 16% of the bid price that will be added to the price of each item purchased. Premium is subject to change always check before bidding If paying us directly and not through the live payment option Past Time Auction Sales LLC is not responsible for any Identity theft or stolen information. Payments will be US currency only If card on file has been declined, we will attempt to make contact 1 time via email or phone call. please check your emails or voicemail. we must get a response within 3 days. A 25$ fee may be applied. A payment that has not be made in the time frame of terms and conditions or prior arrangements have not been made. Items shall be considered property of past time Auction Sales LLC and may be auctioned again and any down payments may forfeited to Past Time Auction Sales LLC RETURNS: Past Time Auction Sales LLC accepts returns for 30 days after you receive your items, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. But all sales are final 5 days after delivery. If you are unhappy with the item you must let us know with in 5 days. this prevents buyers remorse. If you plan on sending a item to an authenticator you must let us know with in 30 days of receiving the item see below for our policy Authenticators: If you plan on sending an item to get authenticated you must let Past Time Auction Sales know within the 30 days. This notification must come via email to Pasttimeauctionsales@gmail.com. After that you will have 60 additional days to obtain full refund. We will accept one of the following authenticators: Carlos Black, Jerry Dickey, Maury Meadows, Sam Johnson, Roy Motley Ken Partain, Dwain Rodgers and Jim Bennet. If A person is not listed that you wish to use, you must contact us and let us know who the authenticator is and we will make a decision. We understand some People know certain areas better than others. If an item has been deemed not authentic Past Time Auction Sales LLC will have an opportunity to send to another Authenticator of their choice for second opinion before making a decision on refund. We hope this will never happen. We strive to keep happy customers. If the authenticator “kills" the item/items, the buyer must again contact Past Time Auction Sales LLC via email of their intent to return an item prior to the 90-day mark following the auction. This email must contain a PDF copy of the selected authenticator's kill letter and the tracking number of the return shipment to the return address that it was shipped from. We may ship from different locations Item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped unaltered in any way. If Item is agreed to be refunded buyer will receive refund of purchase price and premium. If it was a single item won and shipped we will refund your shipping also. All items will be sold to the highest bidder conforming to the bid process. In the event there is a dispute between two or more claims of entitlement as the successful bidder, Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. Auctioneer reserves the right to re-auction the item in dispute. Auctioneer shall regulate all matters relating to the conduct of the auction and his decision shall be final and binding on all bidders. Auctioneer shall be entitled to make changes in (the composition of) the lots or to withdraw them, up until the last moment before the sale, refuse bids without having to state the reasons, in which case the previous bidders shall be bound to their bids, and to correct himself. All sales shall be concluded on the fall of the hammer or as indicated by Auctioneer and no Buyer may thereafter revoke his bid. SHIPPING We do all in house shipping through USPS if you wish to have something shipped a different method you must contact us immediately after sale. As we will begin shipping process within a few days Shipping Insurance will not be added if you wish to add insurance you must let us know Via Email Pasttimeauctionsales@gmail.com Within 24 hours of auction or before. Standard shipping is 10$ Depending on sizes and amount of items, Prices will vary. We are not out to make money off shipping as most Auction houses are we will ship what ever option is best for you. We will utilize prepaid boxes when applicable. This sales transaction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of the State of Florida USA. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held invalid, illegal, unenforceable or inoperative, the balance of Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and affect as if such provisions had not been included. These Terms and Conditions with any amendments or modifications expressly made by Auctioneer at the time of the auction constitute all the terms and conditions with respect to the sale of articles at this auction. There are no representations, warranties, terms, conditions, undertakings or collateral agreements except as herein provided. For any reason Past Time Auction Sales LLC Owes money for an item. The amount owed will only be monies paid for those items and nothing more. Past Time Auction sales LLC will never be responsible for any additional claims from buyers. If you have not contacted Past Time Auction Sales LLC to arrange payment within 3 days of the auction that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
