In no event shall Clark's be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are FINAL.
Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinant factor. Clark's shall endeavor to describe or photograph in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Online buyers are free to call up to 24 hours prior to the start of the auction to ask questions.
SHIPPING INVOICES WILL BE COMING FROM SHIPPING SAINT our IN-House Shipping Software. Please be informed that you will be invoiced for Shipping within 12 days of payment.
All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Credit Cards. Your credit card will be charged for your purchases, plus buyer's premiums, and any taxes. CA state will be charged CA state sales tax unless you have supplied Clark's with a valid re-sale permit.

If you have not contacted Clark's Auction Company to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
