We are honored to be presenting to our friends and clients a good selection from NYC Collections, Boston Estates, and important Antiquities from a Maryland long time art lover.
Including: Good Renaissance carved tabernacle relief of the Virgin Mary and Infant Child, other early European sculpture, excellent large Islamic manuscript page with early miniature, a selection of prehistoric pottery, ancient vases, Greek, Roman antiquities including several important portraits and other sculptures, pre-Columbian and Coptic textiles, rare Chinese silver tea set, several silver covered icons and well painted examples. Also, Old Master paintings, as well as Asian paintings and sculpture.

1. ALL SALES are made with the explicit understanding that purchasers have read, understand, and consent to these conditions.
2. Descriptions in this auction do not represent expert opinion. No representations are made in our descriptions and all bidders should rely only on their own and their own advisers expertise to bid. All Lots are ?sold as is, where is?.
3. Condition Reports in writing, are cheerfully provided; if you have any questions regarding condition of any item on which you wish to bid, kindly ask before bidding and the start of the auction. Condition returns after the auction will not be accepted unless a full condition in writing has been provided to you before the auction.
4. SHIPPING: SHIPPING is BY THIRD PARTY SHIPPERS ONLY. When your invoice has been paid, we will deliver your item to our local UPS location. Artoptima will not ship any item, please do not make such requests.
5. ITEMS MUST BE PAID in full within six days from the date of sale.
6. PayPal payments are NOT ACCEPTED.
7. The credit card you used to register with Liveauctioneers will automatically be charged three days after the sale for your purchases.
8. For items not paid within two weeks a dispute will be lodged with Liveauctioneers.
9. Items are described to the best of our ability, and we rely on knowledgeable persons for the descriptions; however, if you have any questions about any of our descriptions please inquire for clarification. If uncertain, please do not bid.
10. The extent of our liability is explicitly limited to the price achieved at the auction, provided that the bid price has been paid in full.
11. Pick up in person only by appointment.
12. Storage Fees for left Lots. Items not picked up for three weeks after completion of the auction will be charged a storage fee of $15 per Lot per day. Items not picked up four months after the auction will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the local public facility.
13. All items won are subject to Massachusetts Sales Tax of 6.25% unless the buyer is exempt by Law.
