All sales are final. Comic grading is subjective from person to person and from dealer to dealer, we do our best to provide all the information we can. For group lots we cannot guarantee books will not have restoration, missing pages, or other types of damage. Please do your best to use the available images to judge condition. If we notice something we will list it in the lot description. All third party graded books are non-disputable (CGC, CBCS, etc.) we pay large fees to these companies to give you accurately and professionally graded books. Since many items are in GROUP LOTS, we will give an overall condition range. Each book will NOT be graded individually. Items will instead be listed as follows: Low Grade, Mid-Grade, High Grade. You will also see Low-Mid Grade etc. Indicating there are books of low grade AND mid-grade in the lot. Same with the other grades as well. Items cannot be viewed in person due to our secured facility. All payments for items won are due at end of auction once your invoice has been received. If you are in the MARYLAND area you CAN arrange pickup of your winning item(s). We ship very securely. DIG is known for its rock-solid packaging. If damage to your shipment occurs, notify us right away so that we my start a claim with the carrier. KEEP the original packaging, as it arrived to you, and send us pictures once you have contacted us. This will assist with us with the carrier claim process. There is a 20% buyer's premium on all sales.

If you have not contacted Diamond International Galleries to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
