By bidding, you are stating that you are fulling accepting all financial responsibilities, including, but not limited to the final bid price, buyer’s premium of 5%, associated taxes, shipping costs, etc. for your winning item or experience package. You are entering a contract to buy the item and/or experience package and will deliver payment at the close of the auction. Your bids are final and non-retractable. FIN 74-6025220 Experience packages: • Desired dates are subject to availability. • Winning bidder will receive additional information on how to redeem their packages after payment is received. • Packages are good for a year from the date of the auction, o With the exception of:  Nilgai Hunt at the King Ranch—September 2023- December 2023  Gulf Fishing Excursion—May 2023 to August 2023 If you have not contacted The Texas State Historical Association to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
