No employee or agent of Ancient Fort Auction House has the right to make any oral or written statement or guarantee on any property on their behalf or the property owner. Buyers must rely on their own reviews of goods 2.The auction house reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the fall of the hammer in its sole and exclusive discretion. 3.For the lot purchased at the auction, payment must be made within 48 hours after the auction is completed. If payment is not made, the auction house has the right to withdraw the bid. 4.If losses are caused by delay in payment or refusal to accept the auction items, the buyer shall be liable for compensation. In case of default, the auction house has the right to add the defaulters to the blacklist 5.After payment, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible. If necessary, the auction house will organize packaging and delivery according to the buyer's requirements, and the buyer will bear the risks and costs. 6.If the payment is made in a foreign currency, any exchange rate losses shall be borne by the buyer. The same applies to any transfer and redemption fees 7.Once the bidding has closed, no item will be reopened up for bidding unless the auctioneer determines an error. 8.There will be a 20% buyer?s premium applied to all floor sales plus an additional 5% for online bids depending on internet platforms. 9.International bidders are responsible for all laws, taxes, fees, assessments, and customs charges for all items. 10.Ontario buyers must pay an additional 13% provincial sales tax. 11.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any aspect or function of the online bidding service (including the entire online bidding service) at any time, regardless of whether it is notified otherwise. Without restricting the above provisions, we may suspend online bidding at any time for any other reason. 12.All bidders for the auction must agree to the terms and conditions of sale as stated above. 13.After winning the bid, the goods are sent out, and the ancient castle auction house is not allowed to return or exchange the goods.
