The purchase price payable by the buyer shall be the sum of the final bid plus a buyer's premium of 28%. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes except when a valid resale certificate has been provided and verified. DaMats Fine Art Collaborative will retain purchases until the buyer's funds / check clears our bank. Returned checks are subject to a service charge. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Lots are shipped from our storage facility in New York, NY. DaMats Fine Art Collaborative will not ship your purchase. Upon request, DaMats Fine Art Collaborative will provide buyer with a list of recommended shippers. DaMats Fine Art Collaborative is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third party shipping companies, whether or not recommended by us. No auction lot may be removed until the full purchase price has been paid. All lots must be paid and removed at the buyer's expense within 15 business days of sale or they are subject to a storage fee of $15.00 per lot, per day. DaMats Fine Art Collaborative reserves the right to re-auction, without reserve, items not removed within 30 days. If for any reason a purchased lot cannot be delivered /picked up in the condition it was in at the time of sale, or should any purchased lot be stolen or lost prior to delivery / pick up, DaMats Fine Art Collaborative shall not be liable for any amount in excess of that paid by the purchaser.

If you have not contacted Da Mats Fine Art Collaborative to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
