The lots listed in this catalog will be offered by Chruchills Auction Gallery as owner or as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions:
By bidding at auction, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale. Any statements or descriptions contained in the catalog, bill of sale, invoice, by auctioneer, online or elsewhere are qualified statements of opinion only and are not representations or warranties. Specifically, any description of manufacturer, artisan authorship, period, culture, source, origin, measurement, quality, condition, rarity, provenance, importance, historical relevance, physical condition or authenticity ARE QUALIFIED STATEMENTS OF OPINION ONLY AND ARE NOT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES. Descriptions provided in any printed catalog, Internet catalog or Internet information do not include condition reports. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear, tear, imperfections or the effects of aging.
It is recommended that all prospective bidders carefully examine all items in which they have an interest. If you require absolute certainty in all areas of authenticity and description, we recommend you have an expert examine and research the item(s) for you or that you do not bid on the item in question. By placing a bid, you signify that you have examined the items as fully as you desire to, or you have chosen not to examine them. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
INVOICES: Invoices will be emailed within seven business days after the end of the auction.
PAYMENT:
All merchandise must be paid in full within ten days of the date of the sale. Bidders may pay with cash, wire, personal check, money order, bank check, or Paypal. Please note that bidders who decide to use Paypal will be charged an additional 2.5% of the hammer price for this service.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
The buyer will pay all shipping, handling and insurance costs. Churchills Auction House will, by default, ship USPS flat rate with signature confirmation and insurance based on the hammer price plus buyer's premium. Please email us at churchills.auction.gallery@gmail.com if you would prefer alternative shipping arrangements. All items will be shipped within one week of payment.
Successful international Bidders shall provide written shipping instructions, including specified customs declarations, to Churchills Auction Gallery for any lots to be delivered outside of the United States. NOTE: Declaration value shall be the item(s) hammer price together with its buyer’s premium.
On all foreign shipments, any risk of loss during shipment will be borne by the Bidder following Churchills Auction Gallerys delivery to the common carrier or other third-party shipper.
All items will be shipped with signature confirmation and Churchills Auction Gallery will not assume any liability once the item has been shipped or is in the possession of the common or third party carrier. If the client has a signature release on file with the carrier, then the package will be considered delivered by Churchills Auction Gallery once it is in the possession of the third party carrier.
Churchills Auction Gallery will do its best to combine shipping for bidders that win multiple lots. Some items may need to be shipped separately due to size, shape, fragility etc.

Residents of Texas will be responsible to pay applicable sales taxes.
