Any description issued by the auctioneer of an article to be sold is subject to variation to be posted or announced verbally in the auction room (if applicable) prior to the time of sale. While the auctioneer has endeavored not to mislead in the description issued, and the utmost care is taken to ensure the correct cataloging of each item, such descriptions are purely statements of opinion and are not intended to constitute a representation to the prospective purchasers and no warranty of the correctness of such description is made. In the case of a disputed bid, our sale record shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and our auctioneers may also, at their election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale. If any dispute arises after the sale, our sale record is conclusive. Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or online bids as a convenience to clients, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. If you have not contacted Brian D Enterline Auctioneer to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
