The Acey and Bill Wolgin Collection

On October 18th, Rago, Wright and LAMA are pleased to present The Acey and Bill Wolgin Collection at auction. As consummate patrons of the arts, Acey and Bill Wolgin did not just live with the art that they collected, they lived alongside the artists who made it - Andy Warhol, Jasper Johns, Claes Oldenburg, Roy Lichtenstein, Arman, and Robert Rauschenberg, to name a few. This special auction event features more than 100 lots from the Wolgins' incredible collection including a mobile titled Red Tail by Alexander Calder, a one-of-a-kind portrait of Arman by Jim Dine alongside artist-made jewelry by Man Ray, Marisol and Cesar.
