We try to give the best descriptive condition but, you are buying as-is, where-is with no warranties made or implied. NO Returns, All Sales Are Final. These are mostly Estate Items.
It's the BUYER'S RESPONSIBLILITY TO PAY ON TIME, NOT THE AUCTIONEERS to collect. All Items must be picked up within 5 days of Auction unless special arrangements are made. A STORAGE FEE of $25 PER DAY will be charged starting the 8th day. No Exceptions.

Everything will be sold as is, where is with
BUYER'S ARE RESPONSIBLE for handling their own shipping, not the auction company. All Items must be picked up by Saturday following the Auction thereafter you will have to pay a $25 dollar per day storage. Call us if you need special arrangements.

If you have not contacted MJ Welch Auctioneers & Appraisers to arrange payment within 3 days of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.
