By registering for this auction, you are accepting and bound by the following terms and conditions, as set out by Oliver Clatworthy Fine Art Ltd. Sales Price. The winning bidder will pay the hammer price, plus 20% buyer’s premium. The buyer’s premium is subject to VAT at the standard rate, 20%. Winning Bidder. All winning bidders will be invoiced within 48 hours from close of the timed auction sale. Invoices will be made out in the registered parties name and cannot be changed. Shipping. Shipping will be automatically quoted and added to the invoice. If you would like to arrange your own shipping or arrange collection, please pay the invoice excluding and ignoring the shipping charges. International bidders will need to show proof of export or pay local sales tax for items to be released to their shipping provider. Import Charges. International bidders are liable for their own import charges. Payment. Payment via bank transfer only. We do not accept international cheques, credit or debit cards. The Buyer is required to pay in cleared funds, within seven days of the auction. Failure to send funds will result in legal proceedings and being banned from all future auctions. Your Data. By registering for this auction, you give consent for us to contact you using the details you have provided. Reserves. Reserve pricing is subject to change up until one hour before the auctions start time. Cancelations. We reserve the right to cancel the sale of a lot due to unforeseen complications and exclude bidders from an auction where we see necessary. Condition Reports. All lots are sold as described and all sales are final. The condition reports are provided to assist you with assessing the state of the works of art and are for guidance only. The condition reports are one opinion. Colours may vary from online images. The condition report is not an alternative to viewing yourself or taking your own professional advice regarding the condition of the lot.
