The terms and conditions of auction Purchase (" Sale ") are outlined herein and apply to any and all sales made through League Auction (" Auctioneer "). This includes sales completed in person, online or in absentia/over the phone. All sales will be completed at the auctioneer's sole discretion and if these terms are not met, the auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any sale and decline any future transaction with any customer (the "Buyer"). All items sold by the auctioneer are consigned by an independent owner (the "consignor"). All buyers are strongly advised to check all items prior to auction as all items are sold as is, where. Absentee and telephone bids are accepted at the discretion of the auctioneer. Buyers who register by phone or bid in absentia must register by 6 p.m. the day before the auction. All telephone or absentee bids must be submitted in writing to the buyer's terms agreement signed via email or online to the auctioneer to be accepted. If a buyer wishing to make a bid over the phone cannot be reached, the auctioneer will not be liable. The auctioneer is not liable for absences or telephone bids that are not omitted or otherwise not executed. Cancellation of any call or absentee bid must be submitted and executed in writing at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of the auction. Submission in writing via email (info.leagueauction@gmail.com) will be the only guarantee for cancellation of acceptance. All bids made by phone, email or in person are final, regardless of buyer's typing errors. The auctioneer also assumes no liability for technical, website or Internet malfunctions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the execution of the bid. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel the sale and resell the goods in public or private sales if payment is not received within seven (7) business days of the sale. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of the buyer's right to participate in future sales with the auctioneer. All property is sold "as is, where". No warranty or representation, written or oral, express or implied, is given. All statements included in League Auction? Catalogues, websites, marketing materials or auctioneers, or any sales order, invoice or elsewhere as to author, age, date, place of origin, previous history or use, reason for sale, fitness for any purpose, etc. are approximate statements and should not be regarded as representations or warranties in relation to any lot. All photographic representations are for guidance only and do not depend on the accuracy of color, tone or condition. No sale is invalid or invalid as a result of mass error or description error, League Auction accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation for any such fault or description error.
