Terms & Conditions
The conditions of the "Mint" auction house:
1. Mint (hereinafter: "the auction house") holds auctions in which it offers its wares
and/or is used on behalf of the legal owners of the items offered for sale.
2. Participation in the sale requires prior registration of the auction house.
The auction house may, at its own discretion, disapprove any buyer without requiring an
explanation and/or reasoning.
3. The auction house will determine the prices of the items offered for sale in dollars (US),
However, the payment for the items will be made in new shekels and according to the
representative dollar exchange rate of the day the auction took place. The payment to the
seller will be made up to 14 days after the end of the sale
4. The auction house and/or the seller make a great effort in describing the item as
accurately as possible, photographing it and detailing its defects, but the auction house
and/the seller is not responsible for the quality of the items or the correctness of the
description of the item. All bidders and/or buyers will be considered to have inspected the
item to their full satisfaction.
A physical inspection can be performed at the auction house (Mint, 18 Yehezkel Rabinzon, Petah Tikva,
0525950234) by prior arrangement.
5. The auction house has no obligation to sell all the items offered for sale and it may add
and/or remove items from the sale at any time it deems appropriate.
6. The sale catalog will be published on the BidSpirit website at least seven days before the
sale date and will include the items offered for sale.
Errors may occur and the auction house may update and change the items as it sees fit.
7. A bidder who won an item will be considered the one who bought it and will be required
to pay its price plus commission. The commission rate is 22% before VAT, (the VAT is on the
commission only) for those who pay within 7 days of the sale. At the end of 7 days, another
5% fee will be added for latecomers.
8. The buyer undertakes to collect the items he purchased up to 45 days after the sale, after
45 days the auction house may demand payment for "storage" (50 NIS for each day) if the
item is not collected after 90 days, the auction house may put the item up for sale again .
9. Payment for the items will be made in cash and/or by bank transfer and/or by credit card
and/or via PayPal (plus 5%).
Customers who wish to pay by check will be able to receive the items only after the check
has been cleared.
10. The auction house will deliver the item by means of self-collection by the buyer and/or
delivery by registered mail and/or couriers at the buyer's expense.
The auction house will inform the buyer of the shipping cost, based on its contents and
weight.
11. In the event of a dispute and/or a customer claim, the auction house undertakes to
check each claim fairly and professionally and to provide an answer within 14 days of
receiving the complaint.
If the auction house finds that there is justice in the buyer's claim - his money will be
returned to him.
12. The buyer confirms that he has read the regulations and understood its contents.
13. The payment date is up to 7 das from the end of the sale.
